“If I have ever seen magic, it has been in Africa.”  – John Hemingway

Wild Coast Air Safaris was started in 2015 by Darryl van Dyk. Born and raised in the Kingdom of Swaziland, living on large farms meant aircraft and the bush were part of Darryl's daily life. Having worked in various parts of east, central, and west Africa he decided to form a aviation based safari company offering small groups of clients a high-end, tailor-made experience, designed to show you the best parts of Kenya in the most convenient and efficient way. Darryl has over 1000 hours of bush flying experience and holds and Kenya Commercial Pilots License.

We have lead numerous safaris, and provided air charter services to many visitors over the years. Having established a network of passionate and dedicated partners we are able to arrange excursions into the most remote parts of Kenya and are able to customise your experience in the wild. We have a highly trained and experienced team that are ready to plan the perfect safari for you. As we cater to small groups we can guarantee that our team of professionals are on hand to ensure that your needs are met from the moment you book your trip up to the day we wave you off on your journey home.

We realise that aviation is one of the biggest contributors to air pollution and global warming. For this reason we have partnered with Seedballs Kenya to use our aircraft to do aerial tree seeding in various parts of Kenya. Through this initiative we aim to offset our carbon footprints by planting thousands of tree seeds that will over the years grow to large trees. Watch the video below to see how we do aerial tree seeding.
